The new era for the management of maintenance in RIAM has started!
Using the new handheld equipment, RIAM technicians now have a working tool updated in real time on maintenance activities to be carried out on each plant and on requests for assistance from the Customer.
The new support also shows the history of the interventions on each plant and allows the exchange of pictures and reliefs with RIAM operations center, allowing a critical assessment and personalized methods of intervention based on the "identity card" of the plant and on the evidences found and shared!
All this in the palm of your hand, and in the other hand taking care of the environment by reducing the use of paper!
